Safety Procedures for Services

Following on from work to make the Service environment Covid Secure, we are pleased to announce that Services will resume on Sunday 25th October 2020.

We are very grateful to our Ministers and Preachers who are willing to join us again to lead our acts of worship.

In order to protect each other we ask all members of the congregation to note the following requirements before attending:

  • Please do not come to the chapel if you feel unwell.
  • Please wear a face mask / shield / face covering unless you are exempt
  • On arrival your temperature will be taken - any temperature of 37.8 deg.C or above will not be allowed to enter the Heritage Chapel.
  • On entering the foyer you will be required to use the hand sanitizer provided.

  • On arrival you will be required to either:

A)  Use the NHS COVID-19 app to check in.  (We will need to see that this has been done).
B)  Provide us with your name and contact details.

  • Once checked in you will need to go straight into the chapela and take a pew.  (Pews not to be used are marked).

  • Please only sit either:

A)  On your own.
B)  With your family / bubble.

  • If you require a cushion / blanket please bring your own.
  • There will be no singing of hymns.
  • There will be no collection during the service.  The wooden collection box will be placed by the chapel door for anyone wishing to donate.
  • At the end of the service there will be no gathering / tea / coffee in the foyer or anywhere else.
  • Only the disabled toilet is to be used.

It will be wonderful to be together again to worship God in the chapel after this period of absence, albeit in a different way than we would like.

Thank you for your continued support.
